I don't know how much my therapy will be, can I get quoted for any out of pocket costs before committing to treatment?

Yes! We always provide clients with estimated costs to the client up front and would be happy to check your insurance and explain your options with us. 

Do you accept sliding scale payment options?

Yes. We keep a number of spots in our practice for sliding scale appointments to make therapeutic care accessible to everyone.

Do you take FSA or Health Savings Accounts?

Yes we do. If on a card, you will upload it into your client portal upon intake. 

How long do my appointments last?

Each session is between 50-60 minutes. The "standard therapeutic hour" is 50 minutes. 2 hour sessions available upon request.

Does Drue Day Counseling accept my insurance?

We accept the following insurance companies: UnitedHealthcare, Optum, UMR, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, HealthChoice, Medica, Change Healthcare, Limited Availability Medicaid/Soonercare/MCO Plans (such as state funded Aetna, Healthy Horizons, etc.) We would be more than happy to provide a SuperBill to our client's to submit to their out of network plans. Copays are collected at the time of service.

What exactly should I expect?

Our providers follow a standard intake process. At your first appointment, you will discuss history, presenting problem, goals, and challenges. You will discuss frequency of appointments, plans moving forward with your treatment, and how we can best suit your mental health needs.

I want to pay out of pocket for my services, what can I expect?

You can expect competitive pricing anywhere between $95-135 per session depending on your provider.

I want to be seen by a provider at your clinic, but I am not close by. Can I still be seen?

Our providers happily practice both online and in person. Many clients choose hybrid and choose to do both!

Do you prescribe medication?

No. We currently do not have any medical prescribers on staff.

Can I have in home services?

We do not offer in home services. To respect the safety and health of our staff, we offer sessions in our offices or online.
